Summary:
Provide secretarial/administrative support to the Keefe at Night Program Manager
Provide secretarial/administrative support to facility utilization/building rental and scheduling activity
Assist in catalog development, editing/proofing, enter in database for on-line registration
Procurement for Continuing Education
Maintain schedule of classes and produce certificates when applicable
Prepare nightly reports and rosters for instructors, and evaluation forms for ending classes
Respond to phone inquiries, communicates with instructors and students regarding changes and cancellations
Enter new client records and registrations in database
Perform other duties as directed by the Keefe at Night Program Manager

• Qualifications:
  Excellent writing skills
  Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
  Skilled in software application implementation, including Canva and Google apps
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  Portuguese/Spanish Skills are a plus but not required
  Available for occasional flexible schedule
