We are seeking a masters or doctoral level Massachusetts licensed counselor (Psychologist, LMHC, or LICSW) to work with students for the 2025-2026 school year. Specific duties include: • To provide psychological 1:1 counseling services during the school day for a caseload of students determined through personal sign-up or administrative referral. Typically, caseloads are as low as 15 students and no higher than 30 students. • To report any significant concerns regarding client safety, health, and/or behavior to appropriate administrator(s). • To supply faculty with specific suggestions, strategies, and techniques to implement in providing a more effective program for given students. • To attend daily morning faculty meetings to elicit and/or contribute pertinent information regarding students on caseload. • To complete satisfactorily all necessary reports and records required by parents, school, prescribing physicians, and funding agencies. • To assume responsibility for making contact with parents regarding pertinent information and/or concerns about their child. • To attend parent-faculty conferences twice yearly. • To attend fall Registration Day to speak with parents and clients. • As scheduling permits, to attend special parent-faculty meetings regarding a client. • To attend daily school events such as meals, meetings, and ceremonies to aid in collaboration with faculty and student body.
